1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 307,652,401 as well as KRW 161,671,172 among them, 15% per annum from August 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

No dispute between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff made a loan to the defendant on November 14, 2008 with interest rate of KRW 2.54% as of November 14, 201, and with interest rate of KRW 190,000 as of November 14, 201 and interest rate of KRW 190,000 as of August 11, 2016, with interest rate of KRW 161,671,172 as of August 11, 201, interest rate of KRW 145,981,229 as of August 15, 206 and delay damages rate of KRW 15% per annum. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above total principal and interest rate of KRW 307,652,401 (=161,671,172,145,2981,2716) as of the contract damages.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
