The Defendant, at around 03:10 on September 05, 2017, committed a violation of drinking two or more times by driving under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.104% alcohol concentration in blood during the blood, but, at the same time, driven B rocketing car from the main apartment parking lot to the front road of the gas station at approximately 500 meters away from the main apartment parking lot in the city of Kimhae-si, Kimhae-dong.
