A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Busan District Court for the charge of forging Private Document, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on April 8, 2013.

1. Around 00:00 on October 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a Fju shop where the victim E (the 24-year-old) works in Busan East-gu D and the 3-year-old (the 24-year-old) in Busan-dong-gu; (b) drinks the main 4 diseases; and (c) fluencing the alcohol, the Defendant, who is a violent organization, raised the victim to demand the payment of the drinking value, and “the drinking value is next to the following; (c) the victim demanded the payment of the drinking value; (d) the victim fluencing the face of the victim, “if she wishes to die, I want to do so; and (d) the victim was flucing the face of the victim by drinking.”

The defendant got the victim of drinking alcohol to pay 900,000 won for alcoholic beverages, and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to the amount.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On October 5, 2014, at around 00:10 on October 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report at the same place as Paragraph (1) and received a 112 report from G, a police officer affiliated with the Busan East Police Station; and (b) instructed G, “Ac,” to “Ac, she is suffering from Chewing flachie,” and obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of duties in relation to the criminal investigation.”

B. On October 5, 2014, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender on the same grounds as the foregoing paragraph (a) and obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the arrest of flagrant offenders by assaulting G in the police vehicle that passed the front of the Busan Dong-dong hot spring heart hotel, such as “in-house A.
