On October 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent a notice of convening a second supplementary training (six hours) conducted at the training site for the reserve forces located in the fish group located in Gangseo-si, Gu administration; (b) on October 13, 2015, the Defendant was unable to participate in the reserve forces training without justifiable grounds, even after being sent to the Dong group’s headquarters.
