Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where “the defendant” of “2. Judgment” of the court of first instance is deemed to be “the plaintiff,” and thus, it is also accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
