A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and four months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B as “I wish to purchase 15 million won or more through the used cars site at the Jeju-gu World War, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.” (hereinafter “SM5 car”).

However, even if the defendant receives 10 million won from the victim, he only intended to consume it for his personal purpose, and he did not have the intent or ability to purchase the above vehicles for the victim.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 2 million won as a new bank account under the name of the Defendant around August 28, 2008 as the down payment, from the victim, and received 10 million won as the purchase price for used vehicles from March 20, 2009 to March 20, 2009.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

Defendant A, “2013 Highest 2514,”

A.
