If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on November 27, 2013, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, on the street, such as: (a) having arrived at the destination of the victim B (the age of 52) on the ground that the victim reported it to 112; (b) having pushed down the victim’s ju high apartment complex with ju high-tech 2-dong 8-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 8-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 2-dong 112.
