1. The defendant shall pay 80,417,870 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 21, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. On August 2, 2020, the Defendant submitted a written answer to the effect that all facts constituting the grounds for the Defendant’s claim are confessioned, and did not stand a defense separately, and thus, the judgment shall be rendered without pleading.
