On November 2015, 2015, the Defendant agreed to obtain the right to operate a set of club and a consortium owned by D D corporation in the U.S. on behalf of the victim E with the right to operate the club, and began to sell a travel product to the above club and the club from the beginning of December 2015, the Defendant operated the user fee, such as the set of the victim, on behalf of the victim, to pay the victim to D corporation from the sales price of the travel product.

On February 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold and allowed FF to use a golf-live travel product; and (b) did not pay USD 206 for the FF’s usage fee, such as cooking for the FF required to pay to FD; and (c) in the same manner, as in the attached list of crimes (1) in the same manner, as in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant, like from around that time to February 29, 2016, by deceiving the victim as if he could pay the fee for use of cooking and consortiums to D corporation and pay the victim the proceeds from the sale of travel products.
