around 07:00 on August 10, 2016, the Defendant’s sexual organ taken out by examining unspecified women, such as C (M, 28 years of age) who passed at a place to satisfy their sexual desire on the street of the public parking lot B in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the purpose of satisfying their sexual desire.

Around 07:15 on the 17th of the same month, a public obscenity act was committed by seeing that the above C passed at the above place, and intending to be exempted from both Babs and clothes.
