1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 12, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (i.e., a judgment of confession, the Defendant only filed a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and the Plaintiff did not submit a specific written response and did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, all of the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
