1. The Defendant’s KRW 155,752,468 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from June 5, 2012 to January 23, 2015.

On January 30, 2001, the Defendant determined an urban planning to establish a C amusement park on the 216,93 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si B day (hereinafter “instant amusement park project”) and publicly announced it on January 30, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant, which purchased on May 31, 2002, 726/3,002 shares of Pyeongtaek-siD (hereinafter “instant land”) among the shares of 1,501/3,002 square meters owned by the Plaintiff in order to use it as a site for amusement facilities, resort facilities, outdoor steering facilities, roads, squares, parking lots, etc.

B. After December 30, 2004, the Minister of Construction and Transportation, as notified by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation on December 30, 2004, designated the president of the Korea Land Corporation as the prospective housing site development area of Pyeongtaek-I as the project implementer.

The amusement park project in this case seems to have been interrupted without going through a follow-up procedure (such as the preparation, etc. of an implementation plan for urban planning facility projects).

On August 7, 2006, the Governor of Gyeonggi-do changed the area for housing site development to Pyeongtaek-si F, G, Hwon 3,021,281 square meters including the land in this case, and then approves and publicly notifies the development plan, under the Gyeonggi-do Public Notice No. 2007-382 on November 7, 2007, the project implementer as the president of the Korea Land Corporation shall be the project implementer of Pyeongtaek-si F, G, H, H Class 3,024,01 square meters including the land in this case.
