1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the Defendants jointly share with the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) out of 1,097 square meters of forests and fields Nanjin-gun, Ulsan Metropolitan City.

1. Basic facts

A.O owned the instant forest land from July 24, 1980.

B. A building with a 19.8 square meters size of 19.8 square meters on the instant forest land (hereinafter “previous P”) was constructed around 1830. The previous P completed registration of the preservation of ownership on each half of Q and R on November 3, 1964. After R died on February 15, 1970, the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), who is the spouse, and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), T,O, Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), B, and C (hereinafter “five persons, including O, etc.”) (hereinafter “D, T,O, B, and C”) succeeded to R’s shares.
