Criminal facts

1. Around 22:50 on July 1, 2016, the Defendant, who interfered with his/her duties, was able to give the drinking value to the victim D at the OO shop operated by the victim D during the smuggling, following the following: (a) the victim expressed his/her desire to pay the drinking value to the victim; (b) the victim expressed his/her desire to “Chewingly, Chewing, and the same year” to the victim; (c) around 30 minutes after returning to the main shop; and (d) the victim expressed his/her desire to take a large amount of the drinking value to the victim; and (e) the victim and the hort was displayed.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main role operation by force.
