Punishment of the crime

1. Refusal to eviction;

A. From March 13, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of March 13, 2012, at the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent” office of the victim D’s “E Licensed Real Estate Agent” office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, provided that the victim did not pay a brokerage fee despite having to pay it.

Despite the receipt of the Gu, it did not comply with the request and stayed in the above office until 13:30 of the same day.

As a result, the defendant leaves a building managed by people.

The Gu did not comply with the Gu.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of March 21, 2012 at the same place as before and after March 21, 2012, and on the same grounds as before and after March 21, 2012, in the course of making a strong call for the victim to leave from the victim.

Despite the receipt of the Gu, it did not comply with the request and stayed in the above office until 14:00 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant leaves a building managed by people.

The Gu did not comply with the Gu.

C. The Defendant committed the crime of October 27, 2012 at the same place as the preceding paragraph around October 14:00 on October 27, 2012, and on the same reason, while making a strong call for the search of the victim, he/she shall leave from the victim.

Despite the receipt of the Gu, it did not comply with the request and stayed in the above office until 17:45 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant leaves a building managed by people.

In the same place as before October 31, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime on October 31, 2012, at the same time as before and after around 12:50 on October 31, 2012, and for the foregoing reasons, while making a strong call for the victim to leave from the victim.

Despite the receipt of the Gu, it did not comply with the request and stayed in the above office until 14:00 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant leaves a building managed by people.

The Gu did not comply with the Gu.

2. On July 9, 2012, the Defendant calls the victim D around 16:05, and the victim himself/herself as above.
