Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court’s Branch, and on June 12, 2015, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year and ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the Incheon District Court on September 8, 2016, and on April 13, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon District Court’s detention center on August 15, 2017.
