A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 4, 2019, the Defendant, on the front side of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 22:50, expressed the victim’s desire to be mixed without any particular reason. Around November 22, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by openly citing the victim “att, turf, turf, and turf,” among three persons, including D and so on.

2. At around 23:20 on November 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender for the same reason as described in paragraph (1) within the “F District” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) used G, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station F District, where he was on duty, for any reason, “I am going off, saw. I am going off. I am off. I am am. I am off all clothes. I am off. I will am off. I am well. I am am off. I am. I am off. I am. I am am well off the front part of G’s right course at two times.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to taking a flagrant offender into custody.

3. On December 17, 2019, at around 16:20, the Defendant was unable to resist with the victim’s face at the first floor in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, without any justifiable reason. Since the victim J (Nam and 26 years of age), the Defendant was removed from the victim J (Nam and 26 years of age), the Defendant was able to take one time of the victim’s left face at one time, and was placed two times of the victim J’s face at one hand at the victim J’s right side at one hand, and was placed two times of the victim K (Nam, 33 years of age)’s face to restrain it.

As a result, the defendant suffered damage to the victim J about two weeks of the head and other parts in need of treatment, and suffered damage to the victim K about two weeks of treatment.
