1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 39,527,561 and KRW 32,522,660 among them, per annum from February 13, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 39,527,561 won and 32,522,660 won among them at the rate of 25.15% per annum from February 13, 2018 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
