The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The statement of F made by the investigative agency of F with the summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts) is more reliable than the statement made by the court below, and according to this, the defendant injured the victim's reputation by pointing out false facts as charged

Although it is reasonable to see that the court below acquitted the defendant, it erred by mistake.

2. Examining the evidence of this case in detail in light of the records, the court below's decision that the court below acquitted the prosecutor of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding is just and acceptable, and there was an error of misunderstanding the facts alleged by the prosecutor.

It is not recognized.

3. The appeal by the prosecutor of the conclusion is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
