Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with his/her name-free singing staff, would compel an unspecified number of people to take a loan by calling for a telephone;

Around 17:32 of the same day, the Defendant received an order from the said employee of the said employee to withdraw the money remitted by the victim from the said employee’s bank account in the name of the said E, and then withdrawn 6 million won at the branch office of H bank located in Sung-gu, U.S. G at around 17:32 of the same day, and withdrawn 6 million won at around 07:11, Jul. 21, 2018 from the JJ located in Chungcheongnam-si I, Chungcheongnam-do.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the staff of phishing in collusion, deceiving the victim, thereby deceiving 27 million won.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire any electronic card which is an access medium for electronic financial transactions and a password necessary for the use thereof, or a user number, etc. registered with a financial institution or an electronic financial institution, or establish a pledge thereon;

On July 20, 2018, the Defendant opened a C Bank account (Account NumberF) in the name of E in the storage of goods at the coal-dong community service center located in Seo-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu.
