Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CAD car.

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant driven a 00:58 AD car and continued to proceed along with the “E” front of the “E” in the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si.
