A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13, 2012, at a “D” restaurant located in Seocheon-si C, the Defendant borrowed down payment of KRW 72,200,000,000 from the bank to the victim E to purchase the 8 foot building in Chungcheongnam Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) the Defendant borrowed down payment of KRW 72,200,000.

4. It shall be returned twice the principal until 30.

"At the end, around April 16, 2012, the 72 million won (cash 42 million won directly received, and KRW 30 million transfer to G account in the name of G) was issued by the victim at the mutual inferc shop in Seocheon-gun F.

However, in fact, the Defendant was not only a person with bad credit standing from 2006 to 2006, but also from 2009 to 1200,000 won per month interest on the government loans related to the livestock industry (450,000 won) from around 209 without any property or income, so even if the Defendant purchased the above real estate, it was not enough to pay the above amount properly, and there was no response to the Defendant’s bank’s loan consultation, but there was no decision to receive the loan of 1.2 billion won.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 72 million won from the victim.

2. The Defendant, as described in the preceding paragraph, obtained a loan of KRW 1.2 billion as stated in the item, but the market price did not reach the market price, thereby making the issuance of an appraisal report difficult.

4. 16.Written 16.Written Awarding the purchase price of the real estate sales contract (720,000 won for the sale) into a new preparation.

On April 25, 2012, the Defendant without authority to exercise the right at a restaurant specified in the preceding paragraph, and without authority, entered the purchase price in the cover column of real estate on the upper part of the real estate sales contract (1,80,000,000) in the lower part; “F on April 16, 2012;” “H in the bottom seller’s address column; “I” in the resident registration number column; and “G” in the name column, respectively.
