All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. On October 11, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 48) with the victim, who was requested to lend tobacco from the victim D(the age of 45) on the street, and was in the victim’s demand to do so. The Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 48) with her face when she was frighted.

2. Each of the above facts charged in the judgment dismissing prosecution is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. It is recognized that the victims appeared in the court on July 23, 2019 after the prosecution of this case and expressed clearly their intention not to punish the defendant.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, all of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
