A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded, administered, and possessed a clopon (the copon (the copon; hereinafter referred to as the “copon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows, and decided to “coponing” which contains a copon ingredients of the copon.

1. On June 17, 2017, around 15:20, the Defendant purchased approximately 2g 9,40,000 won of phiphonephones, which contained transparent vinyl packaging, on the E-Wed-ro parked in front of D points located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

2. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased h (one’s name “I”) h (one’s name), a book for the sale of phiphones, and (b) h (one’s name “I”; (c) the above G purchased approximately 8g of phiphonephones, in the vicinity of the J apartment complex in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, for the same day, packed the Defendant from the L hospital parking lot located in K on the same day at around 21:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 8g philophones from H to 3 million won.

3. On September 1, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 2g 2g of philopon purchased, as referred to in paragraph 2, at the entrance of N, etc. N, located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to O (hereinafter “P”).

4. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 1g of phiphonephones on the gambling ground at the dwelling of the Defendant, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Q apartment, 107 Dong 908, and administered them in a manner of spreading a smoke generated by heating them into a throwter.

5. At around 12:05 on October 11, 2017, the Defendant filed a suit in a way that the Defendant kept approximately 1.89g of philophones and 249g of finylphones sealed in the inner storage room in the inner storage room at the place of the above Defendant’s residence.
