1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 122,34,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. We examine ex officio the existence of territorial jurisdiction, and since the defendant's illegal act, which caused the plaintiff's claim, is within the jurisdiction of this court, there is territorial jurisdiction in this court under Article 18 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(3) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts
