A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 16, 2015, the Defendant was driving a B-Woop XD car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.094% from the 3km section of the blood alcohol level from the road front of the trade influent main points in the Sungdong in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the diving distance in 567 (Drundong) as Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu.
