The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidences submitted in the court of first instance were presented in this court, the recognition and judgment of the facts in the court of first instance are justified.

Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the statement of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and the appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed in entirety as they are without merit.
