1. On November 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet at the PC room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant posted a notice on the DKaf bulletin board stating that “I would act as an agent for the 4,000 E, a game item; and (b) false statement stating that “I would act as an agent for the victim F, who sent money, would pay money instead of an item of the game.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game items by proxy settlement.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 68,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of G, an external assistance division of the Defendant, and received total of KRW 3,658,000 from that time to February 25, 2019, including the transfer of KRW 3,658,000 from that time.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

2. A defendant who violates the Act on the Reserve Forces is a member of the said reserve forces in Daegu-gu one vice-gu.

The members of the reserve forces shall not, without justifiable grounds, fail to file a move-in report under the Resident Registration Act in order to prevent the delivery of a muster notice prescribed by the Reserve Forces Act, or make the resident registration cancelled differently from the fact or make the domicile registered.
