1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum on November 5, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is recognized as being amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of a complaint among the Plaintiff’s claims for damages for delay until the day of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
