1. The defendant shall pay 180,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 24, 2014 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff, who made an investment of KRW 150 million from the Defendant, received a proposal from the Defendant to sell studio in lots and to return the profits together, and paid KRW 150 million to the Defendant on February 21, 201, and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 200 million by February 20, 2013, even though the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 200 million, the Plaintiff did not pay the remainder KRW 180 million out of the agreed amount and paid the Plaintiff KRW 180 million on June 28, 2013. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 180 million and delay damages therefrom.
