Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2012, from around 22:30 to 01:30 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) as if the Defendant would pay the price to the Victim E without intent or ability to pay the price at the D points located in Jinju City; (b) as if the Defendant would pay the price to the D points located in Jinju to the victim E; and (c) as if the price was paid to the Scarblu 2 Disease market amounting to KRW 600,00, 180,000, the service fee of KRW 780,000, without paying the price.
