Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BR125-wheeled vehicle.

At around 19:40 on April 25, 2015, the Defendant driven the five-lane road in front of the Djust station in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, along the direction of the new engineer distance.

Since the victim E (the age of 44) who is driving prior to the time was followed by the FRati vehicle's drive, the person engaged in driving service had a duty of care to live well before and drive the vehicle.
