Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2015, around 13:55, the Defendant received a request from the victim E to deliver to the victim a deposit passbook in the name of the victim D, a seal imprint, and a deposit passbook in the name of the victim E at the presidential branch of the National Bank Line.

While the Defendant kept the above deposit passbook for a victim, he used the deposit passbook in the name of the victim D, and embezzled the above deposit passbook to the Yeonsu-dong Incheon without returning it to the victim E as set forth in the following 2.

2. The Defendant, as mentioned in the above paragraph (1), kept a deposit passbook in the name of D, and had a mind to find money using the personal identification number.

On June 19, 2015, around 14:37, the Defendant entered “F”, “D” in the deposit column, “F” in the deposit column, “F” in the deposit column, and “F” in the deposit column, and “F” in the case of wishing to issue a check at the seat of D’s name, and affixed D’s seal that was kept in advance following D’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a letter of deposit claim in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above 2, exercised a false deposit claim against G, a bank employee who was aware of the forgery as above, as if it were a document duly formed.

4. The defrauded presented a forged request for deposit at the same time, at the same time, and at the same place as above, and had the right to withdraw the deposit in his/her deposit passbook as if he/she had a legitimate right to do so.
