Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On June 22, 2018, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim B who wants to sell a “D” game account at the account trading group site in C, and then sent a false statement to the victim B, who wants to purchase a “D” game ID at KRW 40,000.

However, even if the defendant received the account information from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to pay the price as promised to the victim.

Nevertheless, on June 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) obtained a victim’s C ID and password from the victim; and (c) did not pay KRW 40,000 to the victim; and (d) obtained a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount.

B. On June 22, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I need money, so I would sell a mobile phone as I would sell a mobile phone, and gallon No. 8 would buy KRW 600,000, because I would buy a mobile phone agent.”

However, even if the defendant received a cell phone from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to pay the price as promised to the victim.

Nevertheless, around June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount because the victim was 8 mobile phones in front of the F in Nowon-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul; and (c) did not pay 600,000 won to the victim.

2. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) contacted the victim G who posted an account purchase writing on the Internet H games around the date of the commission of the crime against the victim G using Kakakao Stockholm; and (b) made a false statement that the account would be sold upon deposit of the price.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he is promised to the victim.
