The judgment below

The part of the defendant's case shall be reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 16 years.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant and the respondent for an order to attach an electronic device (hereinafter “Defendant”) suffered from mental illness such as depression at the time of the instant crime, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was suffering from mental illness such as depression at the time of the instant crime. 2) The lower court’s sentence of unfair sentencing (18 years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. First, we examine the defendant's mental and physical disability as to the part of the defendant's case prior to the judgment of unfair sentencing.

1) According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the trial court, the following circumstances may be acknowledged. ① The Defendant has shown symptoms of alcohol addiction to almost one disease per week from around August 2010, and accordingly, from October 28, 201 to May 13, 2014, U Council members were subject to pharmacologic treatment due to the surface disorder, telegraph failure disorder, and other eromatic disease, etc., whose details are unknown at U Council members. From April 22, 2014 to April 24, 2014, the Defendant was hospitalized in a hospital with alcohol dependence on alcohol use. ② The Defendant appeared to have been drinked considerable quantity of alcohol before and after committing the instant crime with the victim immediately before and after committing the instant crime, and determined that the Defendant depended on the mental disorder and alcohol influence of the Defendant at the time of committing the instant crime, in light of the following circumstances:
