A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Intimidation) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 14, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, from November 201 to June 2012, in relation to intimidation or assault against the following victims E and F couples, was subject to criminal punishment as stated in the above E and F’s criminal records due to the damage statement made by the investigative agency around July 2012, the Defendant threatened the victims as follows for the purpose of retaliation against them.

1. On April 1, 2013, at around 13:00 of the first day of the week, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim E (n.e., 57 years old); (b) obstructed the Defendant’s home entrance door of the Defendant in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G; (c) opened the victim’s snow-free bottles to the victim’s left door; (d) opened the victim’s snow-free zone to the victim’s free door; and (e) threatened the victim by saying “p.m. dead.”

2. On April 2, 2013, at around 13:00 of the second day of the second day, the Defendant threatened the victim E who was in front of the above Defendant’s house entrance, saying, “The Defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment for this year because of width. The Defendant would have to die in this year.”

3. At around 17:00 of the date stated in the above Paragraph 2 above, the Defendant threatened the victim E by stating that “I am shot, shot, and shot,” “I am shot, and shot, shot,” to the victim E who returned home before the house entrance of the above Defendant.

4. Around 17:00 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a brue in the Hosa Market while under the influence of alcohol in the operation of the Victim F (the age of 67); (b) purchased the brue; (c) purchased it in front of the brue; and (d) threatened the victim, stating, “I will die. I will die. I will die.”

5. On May 2, 2013, the Defendant is next to the Hmarket in the operation of the Victim E, around 16:00 each day.
