On November 26, 2016, around 10:48, the Defendant driven a BSpo-type car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 500 meters from the front of the Doll-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul, to the front road of the Doyang-si.
