Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on November 14, 2017, as the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) 180 German bus stops to board a bus passenger No. 36 operated by the victim B (52) at the bus stops; and (c) was marked with a short-term bus transportation card at the bus stops; (d) but at the end, the Defendant stated that there is a need for filling the balance of the transportation card at the end, that the menter’s victim “a fee for the transportation card and a fee for the operation of the transportation card.”

The Defendant interfered with the bus operation of the victimized person by force for about 13 minutes, by allowing passengers to move to another bus No. 36 to arrive after the bus was unable to operate the bus by leaving the bath and a pedagoging sing.
