1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s restaurant operation and the Plaintiff are the trademark right holder of each of the following registered trademarks (hereinafter “Plaintiffs each registered trademark”; and individually named, the Plaintiff’s registered trademark “Plaintiffs” was operated in the order of priority, and from 2009 to Y-si with the trade name “L” as its main product.

The father and the spouse of the plaintiff are also operating a L restaurant in the tolerance-si respectively.

Since 2014, the Plaintiff operated the restaurant, and requested the suspension of trademark infringement for those who violated the trademark rights of each of the plaintiff's registered trademarks.
