Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000 and by a fine of KRW 2,00,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant A shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement;

The Defendant purchased the right to relocation of a building from another person who is difficult to build a building due to restrictions on development activities, such as construction of a building, in a development restriction zone, in the name of the owner of Gangseo-gu, Busan, and D land, and filed a building report under the name of the owner of the building. The Defendant purchased the right to relocation of a building from B with the right to relocation of a building generated from the Gangseo-gu, Busan, and from G with the right to relocation of a building generated from the F of Gangseo-gu, Busan, and from G and B with the right to relocation of a building generated from the Gangseo-gu, Busan. On May 27, 2013.

On November 1, 2013, the Defendant, at the Gangseo-gu Busan District Court's Gangseo-gu Busan District Court's Gangseo-gu, 665-4, held that registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of B in accordance with the title trust agreement under the title trust agreement under the title trust agreement with respect to the first-class neighborhood living facilities, the total floor area of which is 99m2 in Busan Gangseo-gu, the total floor area of which was 99m2, built under the name of the Defendant who purchased and constructed a educulation or the title trustee

B. Accordingly, the Defendant registered the real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee under the title trust agreement on two occasions.

2. No defendant B shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement;
