Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.15 grams of psychotropic drugs from C located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, from D, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection instrument; (b) purchased phiphones by way of settling KRW 170,000 for D’s SM7 car repair cost on behalf of the Defendant.

2. After approximately one hour from the date stated in the above paragraph 1 above, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased from D from the mutual influenite telephones located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the blood body.

3. The Defendant sent approximately KRW 1.50,000 to D the purchase price of phiphones around the beginning of April 2011, and D from a high-speed bus terminal located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, by having the Defendant as the addressee from the high-speed bus terminal located in the south-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant sent approximately 0.15g of philophonephones, which are packed in the handphone box box, to the Gangseo-si, and purchased the philophones by finding the said baggage.
