Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:10 on August 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, at around 203, and opened it; and (b) used the gap in which the victim E is diving, the Defendant carried one gate containing a cash of KRW 300,000, one driver’s license, and one NAC card.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the room possessed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) moved the victim’s name-free taxi article to the entrance of the Bridge located in the Ambassador Dong-dong in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, as if he would normally pay a taxi fee in front of the her mother, and (b) paid 3,300 won of the taxi fee by using the NAC Card, which was stolen, as seen above.

B. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 07:28.

At the entrance of the Boslsan, such as Paragraph 1, the taxi fee was paid KRW 3,00 with the 3,00 won of the taxi fee, which was stolen E, as seen above, while serving as a victim's name-free taxi engineer and moving to the entrance of the central market in Daejeon-gu.

C. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 07:39, paid KRW 50,000 with the NA Card that stolen E, as if he would normally pay the price at the Il point located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, the Defendant would belong to the business owner in the name of the victim and received 50,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims three times as above, acquired property and property benefits equivalent to 56,300 won in total and used stolen debit cards.
