A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a D party club in Pyeongtaek-si C, and the Victim E (F, 18, 18) and Victim F (F, 18, 18) were employed by the said “D party club.”

1. Victims E;

A. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of the end of the year from around 20:00 to around 22:00, the Defendant reported the victim E, who was absent the air defense from the “D party club” to the next end of the victim, and met the victim’s own hand, etc. once.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E who worked at the “D party club” above around 19:05 on the beginning of December 2017, 2017; (b) discovered the victim E; (c) set the victim’s shoulder by using the victim’s shoulder on two occasions with the victim’s own hand; and (d) laid down the victim’s shoulder.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

(d)

On December 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of early December 12, 2017, from around 19:30 to around 20:00, at the “D party club” set up in the “D party club,” the Defendant discovered the victim E, who was seated with a chair and Handphone, was seated by the victim’s side, and the victim sited up on the victim’s side, and then the victim said that “dwars and sings are in mind,” and that bucks and bucks down twice to the right side of the victim by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. Victims F;

A. On December 9, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime by December 9, 2017, “D party club” between 00:00 and 01:00, respectively.
