Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On March 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Busan District Court on December 3, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on December 3, 2010. On January 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud and became final and conclusive on September 5, 2014.
[Criminal facts]
1. The contents of the public invitation C: (a) was to prepare a place for committing the crime by lending the 2nd floor VIP room of the D casino in Cambodia Spets; (b) was to place the victim with the passenger in casino room; and (c) to take the lead in committing the crime in Cambodia, such as distributing the money acquired through fraud; (d) was to color the victim in Korea; (e) to prepare travel expenses; (e) to arrange the local situation in contact with the victim in Cambodia; to control the local situation; to gather wind, to distribute profits; and (e) to attract the victim in the casino room in Cambodia; and (e) to stop with the victim; and (e) to have the victim lose money, the role of a person responsible for the site of Cambodia and Cambodia; and (e) the defendant was to have the victim take the responsibility for travelling with the victim; and (e) to attract the victim to buy money as if the victim lost his/her money with the victim;
