A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s home located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan Northern-gu, and posted a notice stating that “the victim D purchases 5 s from opphones”; and (b) contacted the victim with “to send money first to send it.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the goods to the victim even if he/she receives money because he/she did not have any goods.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 10,000,000 won from the victim to the Saemaul Treasury account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, and acquired it by transfer from the time to February 21, 2016, and acquired 5,673,50 won in total over 40 times in the above method as shown in the crime list as shown in the attached crime list.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
