A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative director of the E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “E”), and F, concluded a contract with the E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “E”), under the premise that the Defendant would carry out the instant multi-unit apartment sale business (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment sale business”), from 4 lots outside Chungcheongnam-gun G, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and, if the victim H provided investment funds in the instant sales business, he would be responsible for the trust company, I Co., Ltd.
