Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine for 300,000 won, and imprisonment for nine months and a fine for 300,000 won, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 2780"
1. At around 18:00 on March 10, 2014, the Defendants jointly committed a crime, i.e., the victim management market price of the victim’s Hatoba Center established in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul F Victim G, 200,000 won, Defendant A reported his network, Defendant B her seated, and Defendant B her seated with the key he towed and sticked.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of the victim's urbane together.
2. Defendant B
A. At around 00:50 on May 21, 2014, Defendant B: (a) cut off the victim’s possession, who parked in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul J building with a key sticked by the victim K, thereby driving 500,000,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, depending on a Lbanon, 50,000,000 won.
B.
