All the judgment below against the Defendants is reversed.

A. misunderstanding of facts 1) Defendant A and B merely told the interested members at the time of the instant case, and Defendant C arrived at the site of the instant case after called out by police officers, and all of the circumstances were organized, and thus both Defendants did not inflict any injury by assaulting H. 2) Defendant A’s injury to the victim I. Defendant A did not inflict any injury by assaulting I.

B. The sentence imposed by the court below (the fine of KRW 3 million on Defendant A, Defendant B, and each fine of KRW 2 million) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. 1) The summary of this part of the facts charged is as follows: (a) Defendant A was the president of the Busan Association; (b) Defendant C was the president of the Gyeonggi Association; (c) the Secretary General of the Busan Association; and G was the chairman of the Gyeongnam Association; and (d) Defendant A was the members of the E-Central Association. Victim H was the chairman of the E-Central Association. The Defendants, F, and G were the victims of the fiveth floor E office in Seoul, the victim was elected as the chairman of the new executive body through an election; (c) the victim was elected as the chairman of the E-normalization Promotion Committee (the president); and (d) the victim was visited with 50 members of the nation-wide Association; and (e) the victim was able to take a bath to the victim H; and (e) the victim was able to take care of the victim’s head and the breast body when the victim was drinking; and (e) the victim was found guilty of the above part of the evidence by taking into account the victim’s body and the bones of the victim.
