A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50 on the racing, and around 19:50 on July 19, 2016, around the “D main point” in the “D (51) operation of the Victim C (S)”, and (b) took a serious dispute with the drinking and horse, such as drinking water in the state of being mixed with the drinking water, and the Defendant was removed from the injured party, and (c) fladdled with the victim, and fladdled a beer bottle, which is an object dangerous to the victim’s hallway, by cutting down the flab, and flading the victim’s eat.

As a result, the Defendant got a multi-faceted diversology that requires treatment for about one week to the victim.
