The punishment of the accused shall be determined by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 201, at around 03:01, the Defendant: (a) opened a H body owned by the Victim G, which was parked in the second parking lot of the 5-3 west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do Office of 11:00,000 won in cash owned by the Victim G; (b) entered the H body owned by the Victim G, which was not corrected; and (c) carried the 200,000 won in cash within the burgy bank.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.
